    IMC Business Consulting A/S samarbejder med en virksomhed, som søger en Regnskabs- og administrationschef, der skal bistå virksomhedens ejer og nøglemedarbejdere med at fortsætte den igangværende hastige udvikling af virksomheden.

    Virksomheden er ikke blot en traditionel produktionsvirksomhed, men en ordreproducerende service- og handelsvirksomhed, der både leverer store serier og meget små enkeltdele indenfor en bred vifte af forskellige glasprodukter. Dertil har virksomheden et af landets mest velassorterede råvarelagre.

    Virksomheden med ca. 25 medarbejdere har produktion i Sønderjylland (ca. 2/3 af medarbejderne) og har ligeledes kontor i Storkøbenhavn (ca. 1/3 af medarbejderne).     • Regnskab og bogholderi: Du vil varetage driften af bogholderi, årsregnskab og indberetninger til diverse offentlige instanser samt administrationen af indkaldelser til generalforsamlinger. Herunder udarbejdelse af referater og oplæg til budgetter samt likviditetsstyring og -opfølgning. Dertil vil du være med til løbende at udvikle og effektivisere processer samt det elektroniske regnskab.
    • Analyser: Du vil stå for rapporteringen til ledelse, bestyrelse og bank. Hertil hører bl.a. udarbejdelse af løbende oversigter over igangværende projekter og investeringer, udarbejdelse af systemer til løbende præsentationer, udarbejdelse/vedligeholdelse af kostprisberegninger, efterkalkulation og investeringskalkuler, samt analyse af data, kunder, produkter og anvendelser i forhold til salgsoptimering.
    • HR-administration: Du vil få ansvaret for lønbogholderi, ferieregnskab og refusionsopgørelse samt udarbejdelse og vedligeholdelse af kontrakter og opgaver relateret hertil.
    • Anden administration: Du vil fungere som sparringspartner og deltage i møder med den øvrige ledelse. Hertil vil du stå for administrationen af støtteforløb og tilskudsordninger samt kontakten og forhandlingen med relevante samarbejdspartnere.
    • IT-administration: Du vil få ansvaret for IT-platformen og sikre, at den understøtter forretningen og bidrager til fortsat udvikling.
    • Du bliver et centralt bindeled mellem selskabets ejer, bestyrelsen og den øvrige organisation (salg og produktion). Du bliver en væsentlig inputgiver til ejerkredsen i en mellemstor og traditionsrig dansk virksomhed og kommer tæt på beslutningerne. Det er tanken, at den rette kandidat vil indgå i Ledergruppen.

    Din profil og konkrete arbejdsopgaver

    Du har minimum 3-5 års erfaring fra en lignende funktion. Din uddannelsesmæssige baggrund er HD, cand.merc.aud., cand.merc. (FIR), eller tilsvarende. Det er ikke et krav, at du har erfaring med alle ovenstående ansvarsområder.

    Du skal have forståelse for og erfaring med:

    • Kontakt til og udarbejdelse af materiale til revisor i forbindelse med årsrapporten
    • Budgettering og fremskrivninger
    • Månedsrapportering – herunder afstemning, periodisering samt afvigelsesanalyser
    • Debitor, kreditor og likviditetsstyring
    • Momsafstemning og angivelse
    • ERP-system, og gerne UniConta
    • Lønadministration
    • Erfaring fra en produktionsvirksomhed og/eller projektvirksomhed er en fordel
    • Superbruger i Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, Teams, samt andre IT-hjælpeværktøjer
    • Du er ansvarsbevidst og har sans for detaljen, men evner samtidig at bevare et strategisk og helhedsorienteret perspektiv
    • Du er teamplayer med gode kommunikations- og samarbejdsevner på alle niveauer i organisationen
    • Du besidder en evne til at fungere praktisk med mange bolde i luften og bevarer overblik og sund fornuft, også i travle perioder

    Vi søger en ansvarlig for bogholderi og administration til mindre virksomhed i Stor-København, som samtidig kan være ansvarlig for hovedkontorets administration. Stillingen er en deltidsstilling. Der efter nærmere aftale er på 20-25 timer pr. uge.

    Arbejdsopgaver

    Organisationsmæssigt refererer du til den administrerende direktør i Glostrup. Virksomheden søger en kompetent og fagligt stærk medarbejder. Du får base på hovedkontoret og får ansvaret for bogholderi, perioderegnskaber månedligt og årligt og du gennemfører opgaver indenfor løn, momsregnskab, afstemninger, fakturering m.v., samt klargøring af bogføring til revision.

    Du kommer til at være en central person med reference til virksomhedens administrerende direktør. Virksomheden er særdeles solid og er inde i en spændende og positiv udvikling. Du vil desuden være tovholder på en række mindre administrative opgaver og projekter løbende efter behov.

    Du skal udføre det daglige regnskabsarbejde, de daglige afstemninger og være ansvarlig for lønregnskabet. Du vil blandt de fast forekommende administrative opgaver eksempelvis også være ansvarlig for ordreskrivning, fakturering og certifikater med mere.

    Arbejdsopgaverne vil være alsidige og i virksomheden er der skitser for en spændende udvikling. Det er hensigten, at du skal være med til at udvikle virksomheden i de administrative rutiner og samtidig tilsikre de mest optimale administrative rutiner, så virksomheden altid vil være effektiv og omkostningsbevidst i enhver henseende. Samtidig vil du indgå som deltager i udviklingen af nye systemer når der er behov.

    Forudsætninger

    Du skal have den fornødne ordenssans og være i besiddelse af så meget fleksibilitet, at du naturligt kan indgå i et uformelt team. Du beskæftiger dig i dag med regnskab og administration i en mindre virksomhed og vil nu gerne prøve nye udfordringer.

    A/S Dansk Autogen Service er en højt specialiseret virksomhed med hovedsæde i Glostrup og filial i Ryomgård. Virksomheden, der i alt har 11 medarbejdere, er meget velanskrevet i branchen og særdeles velkonsolideret.

    Din rolle i organisationen:

    Du vil komme til at arbejde både selvstændigt med mindre opgaver og sammen med andre på større projekter. Du vil også komme til at deltage aktivt i vidensindsamling og –deling blandt dine kollegaer for at styrke firmaets samlede ekspertise. Vi forventer at du har en proaktiv tilgang til din kontakt med kunder og samarbejdspartnere samt at du har fokus på effektiv eksekvering af dine opgaver. Stillingen involverer rådgivning og projektering af bærende bygningskonstruktioner, fagtilsyn indenfor dit fagområde, faglig kvalitetssikring og koordinering samt fagledelse af projekteringsopgaver.

    Din profil og baggrund:

    • Du er uddannet ingeniør indenfor bygningskonstruktion
    • Du har mindst 3-5 års erhvervserfaring med projektering af bl.a.
      betonelementkonstruktioner
    • Hvis du er certificeret statiker (KK2 eller højere) er det en fordel – ikke et krav da virksomheden vil give dig uddannelsen i så fald.
    • Du kan arbejde selvstændigt og tage ansvar
    • Du behersker mundtligt og skriftligt dansk på højt niveau
